Information Gathering and Usage

When you register for Symulate we ask for information such as your name, company name, and email address. Members who sign up for during a free trial are not required to enter a credit card.

Symulate uses collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research. Symulate does not share your personal information with third parties, unless explicitly approved by you.


Cookies

We use cookies to record current session information, but do not require permanent cookies.


Data Storage

Symulate uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run our services. Although Symulate owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Symulate applications, you retain all rights to your data.


Emails

Symulate will not send unsolicited emails to registered users without consent. Additionally, users may choose to receive Symulate correspondence.

At any time, users may opt out of marketing related correspondence by sending an email to help@symulate.com.

In addition, a registered user who does not want to disclose personal information, including email address, can remove their account from Symulate by sending a request to help@symulate.com. An employee’s or employer’s complete removal of his or her personal information from the database negates his or her ability to login to Symulate.


Service Providers

Symulate uses others to process credit card transactions on the website. When you sign up for programs directly related to Symulate, we will share your information, including first name, last name, credit card information and billing address, as necessary for a third party to provide that service. These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information, including email address, for any purpose not directly related to the services offered through Symulate. In all cases, any transaction conducted through Symulate is secured and encrypted. Hence, you may submit any sensitive data (e.g., credit card numbers) to this website with the assurance that it will remain protected.

Licensees shall provide commercially reasonable measures to protect the security and integrity of any systems. Commercially reasonable efforts shall be made to prevent open proxies, open relays and the dissemination of computer viruses, worms, or Trojans on the licensee’s network and any IP addresses over which email messages are sent by a licensee.

Information, including email addresses, submitted to carry out a transaction where Symulate is the vendor is maintained in strict confidence, and is not shared with outside parties in ways other than disclosed in this Privacy Policy.


Vendor’s Privacy

Symulate enables users to purchase products and services from third party vendors. Each vendor maintains its own privacy policy that you should be familiar with before you submit your personal information. Our privacy policy is not applicable on any of the vendor websites.


Disclosure

Symulate may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service of our application.


Changes
